Open Studio provides individuals 16+ the opportunity to create their own projects or to improve their skills. Time in the studio is monitored but is not instructional and allows for use of specialized tools and studio equipment in ceramics. Join our ceramics studio today!
TO APPLY FOR OPEN STUDIO ACCESS:
- Individuals must submit an application before purchasing Open Studio time.
- Take a tour of the studio and get any necessary training on equipment.
- Read and sign the Open Studio handbook.
- Purchase an Open Studio package or hours in advance online.
COST
- Hourly at $10 per hour, or $8 per hour with a Hermitage membership.
- Monthly at $120 per month, or $100 per month with a current Hermitage membership. Monthly access ends 30 days after the date payment is received.
- Students enrolled in an adult multi-week clay class that is underway are eligible to purchase hourly studio access at a reduced student rate of $5/hour. A private link to purchase hours at the Student Rate will be included in class confirmation emails sent to students.
TO PAY FOR OPEN STUDIO HOURS
Open Studio hours are purchased online in advance. Monthly users can purchase a monthly package that will cover hours attended within 30 days while hourly users will pay for a set number of hours and track those hours as they attend.
CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY: Refunds are given to monthly users who purchased a monthly package and never attended Open Studio. Requests for refunds must be made within 5 days of the date payment was received. Refunds are not available for hourly users.
OPEN STUDIO SCHEDULE
To maximize access to the studio for students and Open Studio users, the Open Studio schedule is subject to change with the class seasons: Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall. Changes to the schedule will be posted online and in the studio.
- Winter 2024: Sundays 11am–4pm, Tuesdays 10am–4pm, Thursdays 6–9pm, Fridays 10am–4pm
- Ceramics Open Studio will start January 23rd
