YOGA CAMP

2022 CAMP INFORMATION:

YOGA STORIES
June 20- 24
Instructor: Barbara Schlegel

This week in yoga camp we will explore crafting stories through yoga. Tales of how the poses received their names, writing stories, and crafting clay yoga figures will be incorporated into yogic movement, songs and art. Campers will learn to unlock their own powers of imagination and creativity, while developing self-soothing and self-regulating skills to practice all summer and beyond.

WANDERLUST YOGA
August 22- 26
Instructor: Barbara Schlegel

Little yogis seeking much needed travel will enjoy a week of yoga, stories, and art that take them around the world. As we soak up the last rays of summer, children take part in yoga, mindfulness practices, and art projects related to travelling. They will create globe garlands, travel journals, and yoga passports. All activities foster coping and social skills to benefit campers in the upcoming school year.

Members: $200 per week
Not-yet Members: $230 per week
