Funds raised through the auction support the Hermitage Museum & Gardens’ efforts to ensure free access to the arts and green space for all. Auction Preview: Thursday, December 5, 5:30 – 7 pm
Friday, December 6, 10 am – 5 pm
Saturday, December 7th, 11 am – 3 pm
Bidding closes promptly at 3 pm on Saturday, December 7th. A special “Buy it Now” price will be available for those who just can’t wait!

Auction Information
Please be aware that by participating in the Holiday Village Auction, you agree to the following rules:
· To place a bid, a legible name and contact information must be provided on the bid sheet. If the information is illegible, the item will move to the next bidder.
· Bidding is open to guests 18 years old and above, and 21 and above for alcohol-related purchases.
· Changes to bids cannot be changed once the bid is placed and recorded on the bid sheet.
· Every attempt has been made to list the accurate fair market value of each item.
· Bids will be visible to all participants.
· You do not have to be present to have the winning bid, however bids will be accepted until 3 pm, December 7th.
· Winning bidders will be notified via phone call by 6 pm on Saturday, December 7th. All attempts will be made to notify the winning bidder.
· Items must be purchased and picked up by Thursday, December 12th at 5 pm. If this date passes, the item will go to the next bidder. Pick-up is available during museum hours, Monday through Thursday, December 9-13th, 10 am – 4 pm.
· Payment is required at the time of auction item collection. Payments may be accepted via credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Venmo.
· All sales made through the auction are final.
