With proper pruning, trees live longer, shrubs are lush – not leggy, and flowering plants bloom more reliably.  Arm yourself with sound pruning principles for young and newly planted trees as well as old overgrown shrubs that feel beyond your control.  In this course, you will gain skills and hands-on experience from our Curator of Gardens and Grounds, Phil Riske, who has over twenty years’ experience pruning a diverse collection of trees and shrubs!

This program will take place indoors (1 hour) and outdoors (2 hours)
