Live from the Music Room 2025

Experience extraordinary musical performances like you’ve never seen or heard before. Join us for a magical evening of music in the intimate setting of the Hermitage Museum’s historic Music Room.

Guests are invited to arrive early to browse the Sloane Collection and enjoy drinks available for purchase. Complimentary light bites for all guests. Performances begin at 7:00 pm and will include a 20-minute intermission. Doors open at 6:15 pm.

FOX and the BEAR

An award-winning indie alternative duo from Norfolk, VA, these sisters captivate audiences with their ethereal harmonies, heartfelt storytelling, and distinctive instruments, including a kick drum made from their great-grandmother’s suitcase. With a self-titled EP and their debut album, “We Will Be Alright,” they have shared the stage with national acts such as Trevor Hall, Larkin Poe, and The Last Bison.

One of three lead vocalists in The Fuzz Band, K’bana Blaq is a versatile artist whose talents span music, fashion, theater, film, and publishing. With years of experience performing across the 757, K’bana has captivated audiences on stage, both in live music and theatrical productions, as well as in film.

Soft Plan Band

Soft Plan Band is a 757-based, genre-fluid four-piece band. With a commitment to always and only playing songs they love, the group plays a wide range of R&B, soul, and jazz – from unique covers to original tracks.
