Summer Art Camp Ages 6-10



The Hermitage is hosting ten weeks of summer camp for boys and girls, ages 6-10. Campers can enjoy one or multiple weeks of camp at the Hermitage Visual Arts Studio.

The camp day begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends promptly at 4:00 p.m., with a morning session from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., lunch and playground time (weather permitting) from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., and an afternoon session from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Each week includes hands-on art projects, outdoor activities, guided museum tours, guest artists and supplemental programming focused on the weekly theme.

June 19- June 23: Fantasy Art
June 26- June 30: Story-Telling in Art
July 10- 14: The Selfie: Self-Portraits
July 17- 21: S.T.E.A.M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math)
July 24- July 28: Public Street Art
July 31- August 4: The Art of Video Games
August 7- 11: Cartooning and Illustration
August 14- August 18: The Art of Burning Man
August 21- August 25: Designing Toys
August 28- September 1: Go Green: Recycling Art
